Trends, progressions, and interesting aspects

Knowledge Building Environments, such as wikis, are quickly growing and threaten the role of the Content Management System. Some researchers suggest that the two forms will hybridize to meet the needs of the industries using them. Many of the examples below suggest this to be true, as they are in many ways wikis themselves, only slightly more rigid.
